In order to fully implement the Party's education policy, implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents, strengthen the construction of the tutor team, strengthen the consciousness that the tutor is the "first responsible person" for the quality of postgraduate training, realize the systematization and institutionalization of the tutor training, improve the ability and level of postgraduate training, and promote the transformation and development of the College, from June to November 2022, the College of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering organized a series of training sessions for postgraduate instructors, With the purpose of "serving the tutors and promoting the tutors to play a role in the whole process and all-round education", the college and department organized a series of activities, and the tutors took the department as the unit to participate. With the theme of "Deepening the reform of postgraduate education and improving the quality of postgraduate education", the series of training activities included special training, departmental symposiums and sharing sessions, and invited experts inside and outside the school to give 13 special reports.

The training content covers the postgraduate education policy, the tutor's responsibility to cultivate virtue, national education, the teacher's ethics, the industry's cutting-edge trends, the tutor's academic level and ability, etc.
