In order to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and educating people, to take human education as the starting point and finishing point of financial aid work, and to continuously improve the level of financial aid and human education, in 2023, the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering will carry out the purpose of human education through the whole process of student financial aid work, break through the "guarantee" financial aid mode, and strive to promote the "developmental" financial aid work. Developmental" financial aid work, through the theme of educational activities, vocational skills training, experience-sharing lectures and other forms, in the cultivation of students' good moral character, and at the same time, strive to improve the overall quality and core competitiveness of students. We have built a long-term mechanism of financial support and education that effectively integrates material assistance, moral enrichment, ability development and spiritual incentives.


During the year, the college hosted the "gratitude and integrity" integrity theme activities, organized and coordinated the active development of various activities in all colleges, guided students to put the concept of integrity into their heads, hearts and minds, and further implemented the role of financial support for the infiltration of college students' awareness of gratitude, integrity, and risk awareness. Integrity education is integrated into class and campus culture construction through various forms such as theme class meetings, expert lectures, knowledge contests, online skits, essay contests, poster design, movie appreciation, etc., and efforts are made to broaden various propaganda channels such as online media, microblogging groups, and live broadcasts, etc., so as to create a campus cultural atmosphere of "Promoting Integrity, Starting from Me" for students. During the campaign period, the college organized the "Integrity, Start with Me" campus culture atmosphere for students. During the activity period, the college held the "Sincerity to build up people, grateful for growth" financial aid knowledge contest and anti-fraud video creation activities to publicize financial aid policies, popularize credit knowledge, establish students' concept of integrity and contractual spirit, and effectively enhance students' legal awareness and anti-fraud ability.


At the same time, the college carried out the activities of work-study skills competition, the proposition covers interview skills, office skills and workplace etiquette, etc., to guide the students to pay attention to the development of their own work ability and professionalism in the daily work-study work, to enhance the self-help skills, to better enhance the comprehensive quality of the college work-study students, and to set up a "blood-creation" financial support platform for the students. The college also carried out an experience-sharing meeting for scholarship-winning students with the theme of "helping students, building dreams, and molding people". The activity is led by the excellent students as a model, cultivating the recipient students to practice gratitude in sharing, transferring energy in action, creating a good atmosphere of striving for excellence and competing for the first place in the whole college through the exemplary power of the award-winning students, and giving full play to the role of the "baton" and "wind vane" of the financial aid policy. The School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering will continue to explore new methods and new ideas of financial support, and on the basis of doing a good job in serving and protecting students in difficulty, it will make efforts to promote the developmental mode of financial support, through rich and diverse financial support activities, and strengthen special training and guidance for students in difficulty in the areas of academic planning, social practice, psychological counseling, and innovation leadership.
